Organization Structure
Operational Divisions
The Company has a suitable organization chart to cover geographically and project-wise the main fields of its activity as follows:
- Cement Plant Division catering the project range from 350,000 tpy to 1.5 M tpy cement plants and from1,000 tpd to 5,000 tpd clinker production lines, located worldwide;
- Metallurgical Division focused on Asian projects mainly, with a special stress in the pipe mills and pelletizing plants;
- Metallurgical Division related to the technical co-operation with reputed Western European engineering companies and meant mainly for Third Market projects;
- Heavy Engineering Division being involved in manufacturing and supply of equipment & spares belonging to the above - mentioned fields;
- Finance;
- Legal advising;
- Marketing;
- Auxiliary departments.
