Current Business Strategy
One of the main targets for the Company's Management team is to diversify the traditional field of activity, addressed to the major steel plants and equipment manufacturers, to new areas like rubber tyres manufacturers (MICHELIN), natural gas distributor (ROMGAZ) or rehabilitation of water distribution network, in order to balance the orders portofolio.
Some of the non-traditional fields had in mind cover domestically the following areas :
- equipment and automation systems for heavy engineering and chemical plants
- equipment and automation systems for sugar plants
- architecture and civil construction plans
- heating systems and thermal power stations
- rubber tyre plants
- equipment and automation systems for construction materials industry
A very important area belongs to the Company's participation to the international industrial projects. The cooperation with reputed international companies like SIEMENS/Germany, TECHINT/ITALIMPIANTI/Italy, VAI-CLECIM/France, KROM SCHROEDER/Germany, PIRONICS/Belgium or DANIELI/Italy are already traditional and have proved to be mutually advantageous.
